You Are:
You are an experienced program manager with a strong background in analog and digital SoC design. You thrive in customer-facing roles, communicate effectively, and manage complex projects across diverse teams. Your technical expertise and leadership skills ensure successful outcomes even under tight deadlines. You’re passionate about delivering customer value and driving innovation in the semiconductor industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Acting as the main contact for customers on IP programs
* Managing project schedules and deliverables
* Coordinating cross-functional teams globally
* Identifying and mitigating project risks
* Reporting progress to leadership and customers
* Improving project management processes

* Accelerate customer SoC product and High Speed, Serdes IP launches
* Reduce risk and improve delivery success

What You’ll Need:
* BSEE or equivalent with 15+ years relevant experience
* Expertise in SoC design, high-speed IP, Serdes, and IC manufacturing
* Strong program/project management skills
* Experience working with customers
