    • Drive a consistent global cadence around monthly KPI reviews, quarter-end closing activities, pipeline analysis, and business performance tracking
    • Strengthen CRM opportunity management practices that improve forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and execution discipline
    • Partner with sales leaders on pipeline and opportunity inspection, identifying risks, trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
    • Develop, track, and analyze KPIs that generate actionable insights related to growth, productivity, forecast quality, and pay-for-performance outcomes
    • Partner with Go-To-Market Operations, FP&A, and sales leadership to create and maintain sales planning and forecasting models, data standards, and operating assumptions
    • Lead sales coverage and productivity reviews to identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and resource deployment
    • Drive simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement across sales operations processes, tools, and workflows
    • Coordinate critical activities with internal stakeholders including Finance, Legal, HR, Deal Desk, and Sales Operations Order Processing to enable effective commercial execution
    • Support Quarterly Business Review presentations and participate in QBR meetings with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations
