You Are

An experienced simulation engineer with a strong background in computational fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and engineering simulation technologies. You are passionate about solving complex engineering challenges and helping customers achieve success through your technical expertise. You can connect advanced simulation methods with practical engineering needs and enjoy collaborating directly with customers to understand their workflows, identify challenges, and recommend effective solutions.

You stay current with emerging trends in simulation, AI-assisted engineering, and digital engineering workflows because you enjoy applying innovative capabilities to real-world problems. At Synopsys, you will work with customers across aerospace, automotive, energy, electronics, and industrial industries, helping them leverage simulation technologies to accelerate innovation and improve product performance.

What You'll Need

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering field with 3+ years of experience in an engineering software environment, or M.Tech with 1+ years, or PhD.
• Expert-level knowledge of Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer, Numerical Methods, and Thermodynamics.
• Demonstrated experience using Ansys Fluids products or equivalent commercial CAE software solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement numerical models to address complex engineering challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows and simulation technologies is highly desirable.
• Ability to learn new technical domains and expand expertise across multiple simulation applications.
