As an Electrical Controls Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, programming, and commissioning advanced control systems for our high-tech packaging machines—both in-house and at customer sites around the globe.
In this role, you will be involved throughout the full lifecycle of our machines. From software development to commissioning, you ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the full automation lifecycle of our packaging machines, from design and programming to commissioning and operational support:
Knowledge and skills
Experience with PLC programming using Ladder Logic, FBD, or Structured Text (Rockwell, Beckhoff).
HNC or equivalent qualification (vocational education is an advantage).
Strong understanding of power and control circuits.
Ability to produce 2D electrical wiring diagrams using tools such as AutoCAD or EPLAN.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Practical, hands-on engineering experience.
