Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Derby
Working Hours: 19.00 – 04.00, working any 5 from 7 days
Salary up to £31,476 per annum (dependent on experience) + night shift premium

A satisfying role
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, keeping the warehouse running smoothly, safely and efficiently every day.
You’ll lead and motivate the team, organise workloads, solve problems and make sure we deliver against our targets. Working closely with the Warehouse supervisor & manager, you’ll play a key role in developing the team’s skills, building a positive working environment and driving high standards across the warehouse.

What you bring to the mix
Are you a natural organiser with a sharp eye for detail and a positive, can-do attitude? We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front and bring out the best in others.
A positive, self-motivated attitude and hands on approach.
Strong communications skills and confidence to communicate professionally at all levels.
Great problem-solving skills with the confidence to identify issues and act.
The ability to motivate and support your team, creating a positive and productive working environment.
Ideally, experience in a similar team leader role or within a warehouse environment would be an advantage.
Ability to motivate team members and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
