Job description

Years of experience between 6 to 12 years as Business Analyst or Solution Architect in Banking
Should have experience in Commercial Credit Origination, Commercial Lending and Risk management
Strong experience in gathering and documenting requirements, writing External Design Documents, writing Test Cases/functions & execution of the test cases
Good understanding of Commercial Lending Risk Management, Loans origination, customer on-boarding workflow
Experience of carrying gap analysis, application portfolio analysis and rationalization and product selection in Commercial Lending domain.
Experience on implementing Straight Through Processing / process automation in this domain will be very useful
Very good communication skills and experience of interacting with multiple stakeholders including senior business managers
Basic technical skills (e.g., querying SQL database, knowledge of development and QA activities).
