Job Description

Providing technical support for database management systems and various systems tools
Providing technical support to other IT Staff as required
Management of one's time so that quick and efficient response can be provided for service failures at any time of day, night, or weekend
Maintains current and timely communication across other units in the department on matters of mutual interest and importance
Maintains a positive working relationship with key constituents

Ensures software is as secure and reliable as it can be
Ensures that documentation is properly initiated, authorized and maintained
Maintains confidentiality of user profiles, account information, and other potentially sensitive data
Developing, maintaining and supporting utilities and applications as required
