This opportunity supports the broader SG organization by partnering with both Systemex Automation and Systemex Industrial Consulting. Corporate teams play a critical role in enabling the success of our operating divisions by providing strategic leadership and expertise across functions such as Human Resources, Branding, Finance, Information Technology, Health & Safety, Legal, and Corporate Services.

About the role:
Systemex Group is seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Director of Business Process & Information Technology to help lead the next phase of our digital transformation. This is a rare opportunity to build the foundations for scalable business processes, technology governance, cybersecurity, AI adoption, automation, and business continuity across a growing industrial technology organization.
Reporting to the President & CEO, this individual will work closely with senior leadership across Systemex Automation and Systemex Industrial Consulting to establish the frameworks, systems, and governance required to support growth. The role will begin as an individual contributor, with future potential to shape and grow an IT, Digital Transformation, and Process Excellence function.
