Warehouse Associate / Distribution Driver

Position Summary
La Villa Tacos is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Distribution Driver to join our Distribution team. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and delivering products to our restaurant locations while maintaining an efficient, safe, and organized warehouse.
This is an early morning, full-time position that plays a vital role in keeping our restaurants stocked and operating efficiently.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for daily restaurant deliveries.
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to multiple restaurant locations.
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain required documentation.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and warehouse organization.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Follow all company safety policies and applicable transportation regulations.
- Perform other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License required.
- Clean driving record required.
- Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Previous warehouse, delivery, or distribution experience preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor environments.
- Ability to safely load and unload delivery vehicles.
