This is a fast-paced position in a busy, high-volume Service Department.
For the right Service Advisor, that’s a major advantage.
You’ll work with a steady flow of customers and manage multiple repair orders, service recommendations, customer conversations and follow-up needs throughout the day.

What You’ll Do
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will:
Compensation
Annual Earning Potential: $80,000–$130,000+
Arlington Heights Ford is a busy, high-volume Service Department where successful Service Advisors have the opportunity to earn a strong income.
$80,000 represents the lower end of expected annual earnings for a successful full-time Service Advisor in this position. High-performing Advisors have the opportunity to earn well into six figures.
Compensation is performance-based. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, customer activity, repair-order volume and the terms of the applicable compensation plan.
