For over 35 years, we have been a leading industrial producer of L-Menthol, using our core technology, asymmetric synthesis.

Responsibilities:
Business Development & Account Sales Support
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Involve in identifying and working on new business opportunities within designated market segments.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and customer presentations.
Monitor sales pipeline activities and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems. - Assist in planning and organisation of strategy & budget meetings as well as customer visits logistics co-ordination.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate fragrance development projects between customers, perfumers, evaluators, technical teams, and operations.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely submission of fragrance samples, documentation, and quotations.
- Follow up on customer feedback and support project commercialization activities.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects that contribute to business improvement, operational excellence, and strategic objectives.
Market & Business Analysis
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities within the fragrance industry.
- Analyse business or sales performance and prepare reports, forecasts, and business reviews for management decision-making and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges, improve workflows, and achieve departmental goals.
- Support new product launches and customer presentations.
- Participate in internal improvement initiatives and strategic business projects.
- Support change management and digital transformation initiatives.
- Other assignments as required.
