Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
N6/ NCV in Business Management or Commerce
The skills we need:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Solutions-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude; self-motivated and driven.
- Adaptable and comfortable with learning and using new systems.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new software packages.
- Willingness to learn new systems and expand knowledge in AI-related technologies
- Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs

Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the division in all administrative functions linked to buying / order processing
- Supporting the Buyer with all buying processes and checks.
- Checking customer reviews, links and newsletters.
- Managing customer queries and escalating as necessary.
- Oversee day-to-day tasks such as managing stock levels, processing customer orders, handling stock classification, and addressing catalogue-related queries.
- Possesses verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to pick up the phone and engage directly with stakeholders.
- Be quick to react, proactive in identifying and resolving issues, and demonstrate a hands-on approach to ensuring smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
- Co-ordinating and liaising with suppliers regarding stock availability and orders.
This is an 18-month contract
