Position Summary
The Construction Data Analyst supports construction projects through Power BI, dashboard development, Excel, SharePoint data management, and process analysis. This role will analyze project data and develop reporting solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyze construction, project, schedule, safety, quality, and operational data.
- Extract, organize, clean, and validate data from SharePoint, Excel, project management systems, and other databases.
- Maintain and organize SharePoint folders, libraries, lists, and project data.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and workflow improvements.
- Partner with project and construction teams to understand reporting needs.
- Automate recurring reports and improve data collection processes.
- Identify trends, data gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for project leadership.
