as Marketplace Operations Working Student (m/f/d) to shape new worlds of work!

You will join a small, international Marketplace Management team with extensive experience working with students. We provide structured onboarding and offer opportunities to gradually take on more responsibility, develop your skills and, if needed, increase your working hours. You will gain comprehensive insights into the diverse activities of Marketplace Management and become part of a professional, internationally operating corporate group headquartered in Stuttgart.

Where You Make an Impact:

• Coordinating with Customer Care teams regarding deliveries, order cancellations, returns and refunds, invoice-related cases and urgent customer escalations.

• Managing operational activities on marketplace platforms, including shipment updates, refunds, customer messages and customer reviews.

• Ensuring compliance with marketplace service level agreements and monitor operational performance.

• Identifying recurring issues and support continuous process improvements across marketplace operations.

• Providing administrative and operational support to Marketplace Managers in their daily business activities.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit:

• A strong interest in e-commerce and marketplace business.
• Excellent communication skills in English; solid German skills required; French and Spanish is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks.
• A proactive, open-minded and team-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work approximately 1.5 hours every weekday (Monday to Friday) in the afternoon to ensure compliance with marketplace service level agreements.
