    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome & support: Be the first point of contact for patients, providing a friendly and professional experience from arrival through to departure.
    • Keep things moving: Manage reception, phones, bookings and patient flow while helping the clinic run smoothly.
    • Patient care: Keep patients informed, respond to questions and help create a calm, well-organised waiting room experience.
    • Payments & administration: Process payments, invoices and claims, complete enrolments and maintain accurate patient records.
    • Privacy & safety: Handle patient information with care and follow clinic privacy, security, health and safety procedures.

    Why join us?

At White Cross Lunn Ave, you’ll be part of a team where your contribution genuinely matters. You’ll work alongside experienced healthcare professionals, build your knowledge of urgent care and play an important role in helping patients access the care they need.

You’ll also have the variety that comes with urgent care, the support of a team around you, and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in healthcare.

    About You

You don’t need to tick every box, but you’ll likely bring:

    • Experience in medical reception, administration or customer service
    • Confidence managing phones, patients, payments and multiple priorities
    • A calm, friendly and professional approach
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
    • Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems
    • Respect for privacy and a culturally aware approach
    • The ability to stay composed and organised when things get busy
    • Flexibility to work the required roster
    • Legal right to work in New Zealand (essential)
