Payment Operations Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to support daily payment operations, monitor transaction performance, and ensure smooth and secure payment processing across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor payment channels (success rates, performance, and stability)
- Track deposit and withdrawal transactions; identify and resolve issues
- Handle payment-related inquiries and abnormal transactions
- Support integration and maintenance of payment providers
- Prepare basic reports and assist with data analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience
- 1–3 years in payment operations, fintech, or financial services preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome
Additional Information
- Experience in payment solutions, fintech, or online industries is a plus
- Exposure to multi-country payment systems is an advantage
- Role requires high accuracy, responsiveness, and reliability
