VIP Client Operations Specialist / VIP Account Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused VIP Client Operations Specialist to provide exceptional support to high-value clients. The successful candidate will build long-term client relationships, deliver personalized service, and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients through professional and personalized support.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and feedback across voice and written communication channels.
- Deliver timely and effective solutions while ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Collect and communicate client feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement of products and services.
- Support customer engagement initiatives, promotional campaigns, and client retention activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written). Mandarin will be used as a primary working language.
- Previous experience in customer service, VIP support, account management, client relationship management, hospitality, or customer operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience supporting Mandarin-speaking clients or familiarity with the Chinese market is an advantage.
