The Legacy at Oak Hill Senior Living Community is currently seeking PRN Caregivers and Med Techs to cares for the residents under the direction and supervision of the Assisted Living Director.
Now hiring for the following schedule - PRN Caregivers:
- 1st shift: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
- 2nd shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- 3rd shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
Now hiring for the following schedule - PRN Med Techs:
- 1st shift: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
- 2nd shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- 3rd shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervision of self-administered medication for the Assisted Living Department in compliance with Federal & State regulations as directed by the LPN/LVN and/or the Assisted Living Director.
- Caring for the residents as if they were an extension of your own family.
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting).
- Assisting some residents with Ambulation and Transferring.
- Takes and records vital signs.
- Measures and records height and weight. Calculates and records fluid intake and output.
- Recognizes abnormal changes in body functioning and the importance of reporting such changes to a supervisor.
- Provides emotional and social support to residents.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
