Service Manager – Property Administration (Internal Only)

Salary: £34,980.00 p/a

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager – Property Administration to join our team and take responsibility for the effective management of our Property Administration Service. Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, you will lead and support our Property Administration Team and Domestic Operatives, ensuring the service runs efficiently, delivers high-quality outcomes and meets organisational targets and KPIs.
This is a varied management role where you will build strong relationships with internal and external customers, landlords and contractors, while driving continuous improvement across the service.
You will play a key role in ensuring repairs are raised, planned and completed within agreed timescales, as well as overseeing the scheduling and delivery of works across our property portfolio.

About You: We are looking for someone with proven management and leadership skills who can motivate and develop others while maintaining a strong focus on service delivery. You will be organised, adaptable and confident working in a busy environment where priorities can change. You will have a commitment to continuous improvement and be comfortable using IT systems to monitor, record and manage information. You will also have an awareness and understanding of the people we support, including the potential vulnerabilities they may experience, and understand the importance of delivering a responsive, safe and effective property service.
