Analyst - Inventory Analytics

To support the digital inventory analytics and programmatic buying team on various projects across Time Inc websites. Provides day-to-day support on all output in the department.
Job

Responsibilities:

„h Weekly Inventory projections for multiple sites.
„h Understand excel based projection models and assist the sales and operations teams with insights on inventory.
„h Co-ordinate with the team on projection model updates and document them.
„h Assisting brands with analysis on click through rates, rate cards and OSIs.
„h Monthly remnant billing and programmatic buying analysis.

Requirements:

„h Must have (Technical): Highly analytical, visualization of data, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
„h Must have (Non-Technical): Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, relationship building skills, email etiquette, excellent presentation skills, innovative and creative thinking, multi-tasking.
„h Good to have (Technical/Non Technical): Statistical Knowledge, Understanding of SQL, Online Advertising, Media and Digital functions, knowledge of ad sales, media research across multiple platforms.
Educational

Qualifications:

„h Bachelors with excellent performance and 1-2 years of work experience in a similar capacity
OR
„h Fresher MBAs will be preferred if they have excellent communication and analytical skills
