Job Summary:
Assists with the maintenance of the company’s Ground Service Equipment.
Compensation: Starting at $25.00 p/hr
Schedule: M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Employment Type: Regular Full-Time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Essential Functions:
- Help installation, maintenance, and repair workers in maintenance, parts replacement, and repair of ground service equipment.
- Adjust and connect or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand tools or power tools.
- Perform duties such as Preventive Maintenance on various pieces of equipment.
- Assemble and disassemble machinery, equipment, components, and parts.
- Clean or lubricates machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, power tools and cleaning equipment.
- Help mechanics maintain and repair vehicles, industrial machinery, and electrical equipment.
- Install or replace machinery, equipment, and new or replacement parts and instruments, using hand tools.
- Position vehicles, machinery, equipment, physical structures and other objects for assembly or installation, using hand tools, power tools, and moving equipment.
- Transfer equipment, tools, parts and other objects to and from workstations and other areas, using hand power tools, and moving equipment.
- Disassemble and inspect parts for wear, warping or other defects.
- Maintains paperwork on jobs completed to enter into Fleet Maintenance Pro software.
- Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, benefits, repair, and maintenance.
- Requires the ability to understand and retain information provided verbally and written.
- Requires knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, benefits, repair, and maintenance.
- Requires manual dexterity to assemble and dissemble intricate assemblies.
- Requires standing on hard surfaces, floors, ladders, and work stands for extended periods of time.
- Requires the ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
