Saudi Market Experience – Mandatory
- Experience working in a Saudi bank, licensed PSP, or payments company.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with SAMA regulations and approval processes.
- Experience with Saudi payment infrastructure, including:
- SARIE & Saudi Payments
- mada & SADAD
- ZATCA (Fatoora)
- Mudad & Nafath
- Open Banking
Industry Knowledge & Tools
- Strong understanding of ISO 20022, SWIFT, APIs, and payment integrations.
- Knowledge of AML, sanctions, fraud prevention, PCI DSS, and data privacy.
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to prepare executive-level presentations.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Payment Solutions & Cash Management to lead strategic initiatives across payments and cash management. The ideal candidate will have strong Saudi banking/payments experience, hands-on product expertise, and a proven track record of delivering initiatives end-to-end from ideation through launch and post-implementation.
