POSITION TITLE:          Slots - Player Ambassador                    JOB CODE:   # 111603

REPORTS TO:              Jamie Mitchell

DEPARTMENT:           Casino Operations

Job Description:  Responsible for all Treasure Bay guests and responding to their needs.

Responsible for walking the casino floor to look for guests that are not actively using a player’s card.

Responsible for speaking to guests and explaining the many benefits that being a club member has to offer.

Responsible for obtaining accurate information from guests in order to create a new member account.

Responsible for helping to expand our marketing database to ensure Treasure Bay’s success.

Communicates with Slot Floor Supervisors and Slot Floor Managers.

Closely monitors all paperwork for accuracy.

Qualifications:  Must currently have - or be able to obtain - a Mississippi Gaming Badge.  Ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.   Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
