We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative and driven individual with a passion for B2B marketing, within a collaborative and results-focused environment. As part of our team, you will support lead generation through LinkedIn, campaigns, content, search visibility, website updates, and wider digital activity that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of targeted B2B marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand positioning.
- Create and manage engaging content across digital platforms, including LinkedIn, service pages, and landing pages.
- Conduct market research to develop buyer personas, monitor competitors, and identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Manage and maintain data within our CRM system (HubSpot), supporting lead tracking, segmentation, and campaign follow-up.
- Provide insights into customer challenges and industry pain points to help shape effective marketing messaging.
- Monitor website, campaign and content performance using tools and other platforms to track, measure and optimise activity, while understanding engagement trends and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Assist with SEO activity, including on-page, off-page, local SEO, and support visibility in generative AI search features.
- Maintain and optimise company presence across relevant third-party platforms.
- Support Google Ads and paid campaign activity by reviewing ad copy, landing page alignment, competitor positioning, and key performance metrics.
- Help manage review and feedback initiatives, including collecting client testimonials and promoting public reviews.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly within a B2B context
- Experience creating and managing content across digital platforms, including websites and LinkedIn
- Ability to manage and maintain data within a CRM system to support marketing and sales activity
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong attention to detail
- Awareness of industry trends and the ability to apply insights to marketing activity
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and improve marketing efforts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Team player with a collaborative approach
Beneficial Skills
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices across Google, Bing and AI search visibility, including keyword research, content optimisation and link building
- Familiarity with Google Search Ads and paid advertising to support lead generation
- Experience using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and improve marketing performance
- Experience supporting marketing activity across Europe
Qualifications
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads Search would be beneficial
- Certification in CRM systems such as HubSpot or equivalent would be beneficial
