Schedule:
- Tuesday through Friday: 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
Pay: Starting at $27.00 per hour

Role Summary
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting bakery operations and ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving bakery production equipment while supporting food safety, quality, productivity, equipment uptime, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on bakery production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
- Complete maintenance work orders and maintenance documentation
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Follow all safety procedures, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements, GMPs, PPE requirements, and food safety standards
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and powered industrial equipment as trained and certified
- Support production, sanitation, and safety teams to achieve operational goals
- Maintain equipment reliability and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems
- Experience with industrial controls, sensors, motors, conveyors, and manufacturing equipment
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment repair
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and electrical schematics
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Associate Degree in Industrial Electronics, Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred
- Experience working in food manufacturing, bakery manufacturing, industrial production, or related environments preferred
- Experience with maintenance management systems and work order systems preferred
