    Job description

    About Teads

Teads is a leading omnichannel advertising platform building the future of digital advertising where quality content, trusted publishers, ambitious brands, and human creativity can thrive. Operating at true scale - processing 18 billion ad opportunities every single day - we connect global brands with a monthly reach of over 2.2 billion unique users.

At Teads, we believe your impact travels further. We are a borderless team of 1,700+ innovators across 30+ countries who favor outcome over tenure, value trusted autonomy, and use predictive AI to amplify human ingenuity rather than replace it. About The Role
Teads is seeking an International Research Analyst to join our dynamic team!
As a key partner, you'll support international markets with local insights in response to client needs and handle multi-market audience requests, including global reach figures. You'll manage delivery priorities, liaise closely with different departments, and contribute to driving success, client retention, and strategic account growth across our premium advertiser base.

    What will you do?

    • Support international markets in local research and measurement projects in response to client needs (e.g. ES, FR, NL, MEA).
    • Answer multi-market requests on Teads audiences, including global reach figures.
    • Set up Brand Lift Surveys using our in-house Brand Pulse solution or external third-party providers, and produce study reports.
    • Prepare campaign- and audience-based analyses using GWI (Global Web Index).
    • Produce Attention reports using our internal dashboard or Lumen dashboards.
    • Create campaign case studies.
    • Manage delivery priorities across multiple projects.
    • Liaise with key internal stakeholders, including Sales teams, Intelligence, CX, and Teads Studio.
    • Contribute to automating processes for the Intelligence team.

What will you bring to the team?

    • 2-4 years of experience in marketing/advertising research, media analytics, or ad tech.
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with audience measurement and reach calculations across multiple markets.
    • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (including pivot tables and lookups), and the ability to create clear, insight-driven presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
    • Good command of the GWI (Global Web Index) platform.
    • Experience building reports and dashboards, and producing attention or engagement analyses.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Proven project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple requests.
    • Comfortable working across international regions and time zones.
    • Fluency in English.

Please submit your CV in English.
