For both levels, we're looking for people with strong communication skills, curiosity about human behaviour, and a passion for user-centred design.

We support hybrid working, with flexibility around where you work when project commitments allow. This role also involves regular travel within the UK and internationally to conduct user research and Human Factors studies.

    Why Join Team?

    • Join a highly regarded Human Factors team.
    • Gain exposure to the full product development lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with experts across Human Factors, engineering and design.
    • Receive mentoring, support and opportunities for professional growth.
    • Be part of an employee-owned business where your contribution makes a difference.

If you're excited by understanding people, solving complex design challenges and developing products that make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Submit your CV and covering letter telling us about your experience, interests and what attracts you to Team Consulting.
