Job Description Position Summary
The Integration Specialist will bridge technical-intelligence tradecraft and software implementation for Agentic AI-enabled electromagnetic spectrum, radio-frequency, radar, missile, and ELINT analysis workflows. This hybrid position in San Antonio requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph and combines hands-on Python development with practical experience supporting technical intelligence or EM/RF analysis. The Integration Specialist will translate analyst needs into executable workflows, integrate AI workflows with mission tools and data products, validate field mappings and outputs, and help ensure that automated capabilities faithfully implement approved analytic methods.
Job Description Primary Responsibilities
- Demonstrate integrity, excellence, drive, and trustworthiness in all responsibilities, taking ownership, and delivering high-quality results.
- Serve as a technical bridge among intelligence analysts, EM/RF and missile engineering SMEs, AI engineers, data engineers, software engineers, and platform personnel.
- Translate technical-intelligence workflows, analyst tradecraft, source requirements, engineering methods, and customer needs into integration requirements, user stories, interfaces, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop Python scripts, utilities, prototypes, connectors, validators, and test tools that integrate analytical methods, mission data, software services, and external tools.
- Support integration of AI workflows with Government-furnished software tools, government directed structured formats, EM/RF field mappings, domain-aligned outputs, and approved classified delivery processes.
- Assist SMEs in converting radar, missile, waveform, and technical-intelligence methods into explicit, testable AI workflows with defined inputs, calculations, assumptions, confidence, and review criteria.
- Evaluate source material, extracted values, derived parameters, review records, and output packages to identify mapping errors, unsupported values, inconsistencies, and integration defects.
- Execute interface, workflow, regression, acceptance, and end-to-end tests using representative technical-intelligence cases; document discrepancies and verify corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot cross-system issues involving data formats, schemas, APIs, Python logic, analytical calculations, classification markings, environment configuration, and user workflows.
- Develop technical documentation, integration guides, analyst procedures, demonstrations, and training materials and support customer reviews, working groups, and release activities.
- Support production package review, continuous workflow improvement, capability extension, and transition from manual analysis to validated AI-assisted processing.
Job Description Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
- Minimum 5 years of directly relevant experience spanning software or data integration, technical analysis, mission systems, scientific computing, intelligence production, or related work.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, intelligence studies, or a related technical field.
- Experience in lieu of education: No degree requires 9+ years of directly relevant experience; associate's degree requires 7+ years of directly relevant experience.
- Hands-on coding experience and practical experience in technical intelligence analysis, EM/RF analysis, ELINT analysis, radar or missile analysis, waveform analysis, or a closely related domain.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both analysts and engineers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid, multidisciplinary team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with scientific and technical-intelligence tools and data products.
- Experience with radar parameters, RF phenomenology, waveforms, electronic warfare, missile performance, ELINT, TechSIGINT, or physics-based engineering analysis.
- Experience using Matlab and/or Python to performance scientific and technical analysis.
- Experience integrating APIs, databases, schemas, data pipelines, AI-enabled workflows, or software applications in classified or air-gapped environments.
- Experience with containers, Docker and/or Kubernetes, and Linux
- Security+ or another DoD 8570/8140-aligned certification.
