Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, and basic data analysis).
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
Familiar in using Google Workspace products such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
Familiar with business process mapping and workflow documentation.
Basic understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS) and reporting concepts.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Assist in preparing operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Support the development and maintenance of Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends and support decision-making.
Create and update business process documentation, flowcharts, and SOPs.
Develop business process diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart.
Prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint) for internal meetings and management reviews.
Support operational improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
Coordinate with different departments to collect operational data and documentation.
Ensure reports and documentation are accurate, organized, and up to date.
Perform other administrative and analytical tasks assigned by the Operations team.
