Requirements

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience in HRGA, administration, or office management is a plus.

We are looking for an HRGA Specialist to support our day-to-day office and HRGA operations. This role will primarily handle building management, travel arrangements, and invoice administration, while ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with building management on office facilities, maintenance, access cards, parking, utilities, and other building-related matters.
- Manage employee business travel requests, including flight, hotel, transportation, and travel documentation.
- Coordinate with travel agents and vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Process and monitor GA-related invoices, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely payment.
- Maintain records of travel requests, invoices, contracts, and other administrative documents.
- Support office administration and other HRGA activities as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external parties to resolve administrative issues.
- Ensure HRGA processes are handled efficiently and according to company policies.
