Mineral Geologist Senior Specialist

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in mineral exploration or mining geology
• Strong understanding of mineral systems, ore genesis, and exploration techniques
• Experience with geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, Surpac, Micromine)
• Ability to interpret drilling, geochemical, and geophysical datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Willingness to travel and work in remote exploration sites

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct geological mapping, sampling, and logging for mineral exploration projects
• Analyze geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to identify mineral potential
• Develop and update geological models and resource estimations
• Interpret drilling data and provide recommendations for further exploration
• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and resource evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mining engineers and project managers
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Utilize software tools for geological modeling and data visualization
• Apply Python or other programming tools to automate data processing, analysis, and reporting
