Service Catalog/Change Mgmt Engineer

Responsible for the design, development and promotion of forms and workflows within PMG Service Catalog. Works with customers to gather requirements for modifications and enhancements to the Catalog and its components. Ensures technical feasibility as well as process optimization and automation. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and share expertise.

Responsibilities
•
Interacts with customers to gather requirements for requested Catalog modifications/ enhancements. Performs analysis of user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications

Make suggestions to improve solution design throughout requirements analysis and design phase

•
Adheres to standardization and governance guidelines

•
Collaborates with Infrastructure, Application and Development leads to cross-functional teams in systems design and development

•
Coordinates tooling and process changes with the appropriate technical groups, leadership teams and vendor suppliers to ensure efficient solutions

•
Subject Matter Expert on the Service Catalog

•
Creates and updates internal documents not limited to: process and procedure documentation, standardization guidelines, user guides, training materials, troubleshooting guides, web content, documentation templates and tooling and process changes

•
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights an weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree (information Systems or related degree)

•
Lean Six Sigma Certificate (a plus but not required)

•
PMG Service Catalog Suite (or experience with similar products)

•
SQL scripting

•
Web Services and APIs

Basic Javascript

•
7-11 years experience

6 month contract to hire position. Local candidates only
