What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement dimensional inspection methods and techniques.
- Perform D.O.E. response dimensional inspections.
- Conduct dimensional inspections for modified and full First Articles.
- Perform Gage R&R studies to evaluate measurement system capability.
- Conduct Capability Studies and analyze results.
- Review inspection and study results with appropriate personnel.
- Assist with identifying and resolving metrology and measurement-related issues.
- Support other quality and dimensional inspection activities as needed.
- Assist with training and developing Dimensional Inspector Trainees.
What We’re Looking For
- College degree or 4+ years of metrology experience.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and programming.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Commitment to manufacturing safety and quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and work effectively with others.
