Gebiet: DE Mitte (Ost-West-Korridor)
Ihre Aufgaben:
Aktiver Vertrieb unserer Marke Milwaukee und Vermittlung des Marken- und Produktnutzens an Endkunden
Aktive Kaltakquise & Gewinnung von Neukunden in Absprache mit relevanten Stakeholdern
Entwicklung von Aktivitäten zur Gewinnung von Neukunden
Steigerung des Bekanntheitsgrades der Marke Milwaukee
Durchführung von Produktschulungen und –Vorführungen
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement bei Research Aktivitäten und Marktanalysen
Besuch von Messen, Ausstellungen und Firmenveranstaltungen
Setzen von relevanten Call-Zielen in CRM und Planung von Follow-up-Aktionen
Kontinuierlicher Aufbau von Produkt-, Handels- und Anwendungswissen
Überwachung und Berichterstattung über Markt- und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten
Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb technischer Gebrauchsgüter oder Produkte
Interesse daran, sich technisches (Produkt-)Wissen anzueignen
Ausgeprägte Selbstorganisation und vertriebsorientierte Denk- und Handlungsweise sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Bereitschaft zu 4 Tagen im aktiven Außendienst pro Woche, Bereitschaft zu Übernachtungen sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Wochenendarbeit (nach Ankündigung & Absprache)
Wohnsitz im Gebiet und gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und Englischkenntnisse auf B1-Niveau essenziell
Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen wünschenswert
