Job Description

Field Engineering Assistant
Techwave is seeking an Entry-Level Field Engineering Assistant in Houston, TX to support outside plant (OSP) telecom projects. The role involves assisting with field data collection, site walks, as-built verification, and coordination with engineering teams to support accurate fiber network design.

Requirements:

• Exposure to OSP telecom or utility construction preferred
• Ability to read basic telecom or utility prints preferred
• Willingness to travel and perform field visits, site surveys
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
