Job Description

Sales Assistant Intern

Techwave is looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Assistant Intern to join our team in Budapest. This is a great opportunity for a university student who would like to gain practical experience in sales and business development within an international IT consulting environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Sales and Business Development team with daily activities

• Assist with preparing sales presentations, proposals and other business documents

• Maintain and update customer and sales-related information in internal systems

• Support the preparation of reports, sales analyses and presentations

• Conduct market and company research to support business development activities

• Help identify and collect information about potential clients and business opportunities

• Assist with organizing meetings and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

• Support the team with administrative and ad-hoc sales-related tasks

• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of sales activities

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Business or a related field

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Confident user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive, reliable and eager to learn

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Previous internship or sales-related experience is an advantage, but not required
