Job Description

Job Summary**
Techwave Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP SD Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on providing ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for our SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities**
* Provide expert functional and technical support for the SAP SD module, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and other SD functionalities.
* Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, and propose improvements.
* Perform configuration changes and system enhancements within the SAP SD module to meet evolving business needs.
* Conduct testing of new functionalities, enhancements, and system upgrades to ensure data integrity and system stability.
* Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD processes, configurations, and support procedures.
* Participate in SAP project implementations, upgrades, and rollouts as required.
* Provide training and guidance to end-users on SAP SD functionalities.
* Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
* Work closely with other SAP module consultants (MM, FICO, PP, etc.) to ensure integrated solutions.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module support and configuration.
* Proven expertise in SAP SD functionalities including sales order processing, pricing, availability check, shipping, billing, and master data.
* Strong understanding of integration points between SAP SD and other modules (MM, FICO, LE).
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.
* SAP SD certification is highly desirable.
* Experience with ITIL processes and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
