Partnership Associate

Responsibilities:
● Conduct industry research and identify trends, and build prospect lists using tools like MediaRadar, Hunter, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
● Manage inbound leads and conduct initial outreach to assess partnership potential
● Collaborate with Partnership Managers to prepare for client meetings by developing customized proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
● Contribute to the development of RFP responses, media plans, and creative concepts that align with partner goals
● Maintain a strong understanding of TED’s offerings and technical capabilities across video, display, audio, social, and custom content
● Coordinate with internal teams to confirm specs, pricing, and inventory availability for partner programs
● Track and maintain all partner opportunities, proposals, and deal status in
Salesforce and AdBook
● Ensure seamless handoff to the Ad Operations team for campaign execution and support the development of campaign recaps and renewal strategies
● Liaise with the offshore trafficking team for campaign setups, creative QA, technical troubleshooting, and reporting inquiries
● Other duties as assigned

● Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple assignments with competing priorities
● A strategic thinker and active listener who can bring big ideas to the table
● 2-3 years of experience in a digital media, publisher, or agency environment
● Working knowledge of digital advertising formats, media planning, campaign execution, and ad operations functions
● Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
(especially Salesforce)
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
● This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
