Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee field construction, subcontractors, safety, quality, and schedule execution for multifamily projects.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of multifamily, commercial, or residential construction experience
• Strong subcontractor and field operations management
• MEP coordination and open-wall sequencing experience
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• OSHA safety knowledge
• Procore experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
