Job Summary:
Oversee daily field operations for commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects, including subcontractors, schedules, site safety, quality, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and daily field activities.
- Maintain project schedules and meet construction milestones.
- Conduct site inspections for quality and safety.
- Resolve field issues, conflicts, and delays.
- Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics.
- Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
- Coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers, and clients.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of construction field supervision experience.
- Commercial TI/interior build-out experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, ceilings, MEP, and finishes.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Strong subcontractor coordination and scheduling skills.
- Knowledge of inspections, permits, and OSHA requirements.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Office/retail build-out experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish and Procore experience are a plus.
