TeleSolv is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to lead business process analysis, workflow mapping and continuous process improvement engagements for Government departments under individual task orders. The consultant will translate operational challenges into documented process improvements, practical recommendations and quality-focused solutions.
- Conduct business process analyses, workflow mapping and gap assessments for assigned Government departments.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to document current-state processes and develop future-state recommendations.
- Prepare process documentation, desk guides and quality management system artifacts required by each task order.
- Support ISO 9001:2015-aligned practices in process documentation and improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate with the project director and other service leads on cross-functional process initiatives.
- Active Project Management Professional certification
- Active ITIL 4 certification
