About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships across Telstra Health's Enterprise and strategic customer portfolio. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximise the value of our solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout their lifecycle.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Implementation and Support teams, you'll champion the voice of the customer, influence product improvements and contribute to long-term customer growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build trusted relationships with Enterprise and strategic customers as their primary point of contact.
• Drive customer success through product adoption, business reviews, success planning, renewals and retention initiatives.
• Proactively manage customer health, escalations and risks to deliver positive customer outcomes.
• Champion the voice of the customer by influencing product enhancements and continuous service improvements.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support customer growth, expansion opportunities and account planning across customer tiers.

About You

• Customer Success, Account Management or similar experience supporting Enterprise or strategic customers.
• Experience in health technology or SaaS environments is highly regarded.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative approach with experience working across Sales, Marketing, Product, Implementation and Support.
• Experience managing customer escalations, renewals and retention initiatives.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify customer growth opportunities.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline is desirable.
