Transformation Consultant, Associate
About the Role
We are hiring Associate-level Transformation Consultants to support end-to-end digital transformation outcomes, from problem framing and solution design through delivery and adoption. This is a cross-functional role where you'll work across business, experience, delivery, and change, supporting clients and internal teams in turning complex problems into practical solutions. You'll contribute to programmes where AI plays a critical role in reshaping business models, operating structures, and ways of working, working within a modern delivery model where AI tools are embedded into how we think, design, and deliver.
What You'll Do
1) Frame Problems & Define Value
- Support the structuring of client challenges into clear objectives and hypotheses
- Help identify opportunities for transformation, including redesigning workflows and roles in the AI-led era
- Assist in defining measurable outcomes and success metrics
- Synthesise insights from workshops, research, and data into draft recommendations
2) Design & Prototype Solutions
- Support facilitation of workshops and co-creation sessions with client stakeholders
- Develop process flows, journey maps, and solution concepts under guidance
- Build rapid prototypes of workflows, experiences, or service improvements to validate ideas
- Use AI tools to accelerate design exploration, iteration, and documentation
3) Enable & Deliver
- Help translate business needs into clear, implementable requirements
- Work closely with engineering, data, and platform teams to support feasibility discussions
- Contribute to delivery through agile sprints and iterative releases
- Use AI tools to improve personal delivery speed and quality
4) Drive Adoption & Change
- Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities
- Assist in designing adoption plans and readiness activities
- Help clients build capability in new ways of working
- Support responsible AI adoption practices under senior guidance
5) Build Capability & Improve Delivery
- Contribute to reusable templates, playbooks, and accelerators
- Share learnings across teams
- Stay current with emerging tools and methods, applying them to day-to-day work

- Comfortable using AI tools for analysis, synthesis, documentation, and prototyping in daily work
- Willingness to build fluency in AI-enabled workflows; deep model development expertise not required
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, transformation, product, delivery, or change-related roles (or equivalent internships/projects)
- Exposure to agile, iterative delivery, or design thinking methods is a plus
