About the Role
We are hiring Senior Associate-level Transformation Consultants to drive end-to-end digital transformation outcomes, from problem framing and solution design through delivery and adoption. This role carries greater ownership across business, experience, delivery, and change, partnering directly with client stakeholders and internal teams to shape and deliver practical solutions. You will play a key role in programmes where AI reshapes business models, operating structures, workforce design, governance, and ways of working, and will help translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable, responsible outcomes.
What You'll Do
1) Frame Problems & Define Value
- Structure ambiguous client challenges into clear objectives and hypotheses
- Identify and shape opportunities for transformation, including workforce and workflow redesign in the AI-led era
- Define measurable outcomes, success metrics, and value hypotheses
- Synthesise insights from workshops, research, and data into client-ready recommendations
2) Design & Prototype Solutions
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with client stakeholders across levels
- Develop process flows, journey maps, and solution concepts with minimal oversight
- Rapidly prototype workflows, experiences, or service improvements to validate ideas early
- Use AI tools audaciously to accelerate design exploration, iteration, and documentation
3) Enable & Deliver
- Translate business needs into implementable requirements and delivery plans
- Work directly with engineering, data, and platform teams to ensure feasibility
- Own delivery outcomes through agile sprints and iterative releases
- Use AI tools to improve delivery speed, quality, and decision-making across the team
4) Drive Adoption & Change
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and training efforts
- Design adoption plans and readiness activities
- Help clients build capability and embed new ways of working
- Guide clients in adopting responsible AI practices, including governance and change readiness
- Ensure solutions are sustainably embedded into day-to-day operations
5) Build Capability & Improve Delivery
- Create and refine reusable templates, playbooks, and accelerators
- Share knowledge across teams and help improve delivery practices
- Stay current with emerging tools and methods, applying them pragmatically to client outcomes
- Coach junior peers in modern delivery practices and tech-enabled ways of working

AI Tool Fluency
- Confident using AI tools as part of daily work (analysis, synthesis, documentation, prototyping)
- Able to design workflows integrating human and AI decision-making
- Comfortable engaging technical teams on AI capabilities and constraints
- Able to evaluate where AI changes speed, scale, personalisation, or economics
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in consulting, transformation, product, delivery, or change roles
- Familiarity with modern delivery methods (agile, iterative delivery, design thinking), digital platforms, and AI-enabled workflows preferred
