Position Highlights
Practice at The Hospitals of Providence, a leading healthcare system in El Paso
$75,000 sign-on bonus, including upfront bonus availability for students
Flexible scheduling with 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shift options
Broad case mix including orthopedics, cardiac, spine, general surgery, and urology
Work closely with anesthesiologists before, during, and after surgical procedures
Assist with anesthesia administration, invasive monitoring, airway management, and patient monitoring
Support patient care through PACU handoffs and care documentation
Growing anesthesia program with opportunities for both experienced providers and new graduates

Candidate Requirements
Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA)
Current certification through the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Active and ability to obtain unencumbered CAA license in the state of employment
