    Why Join Us

Tenet Healthcare and The Hospitals of Providence East Campus invite you to join a well-established, high-performing OB/GYN practice on El Paso's growing east side. You'll step into a deeply collaborative environment supported by one of the largest OB/GYN teams in the region, giving you the clinical backup and collegial culture to practice at your best. This role offers a balanced schedule built around outpatient care and manageable call responsibilities — so you can invest fully in your patients without sacrificing your personal life. With access to medical education through students and residents, you'll also have the opportunity to shape the next generation of physicians. If you're looking for a stable, full-scope OB/GYN position with a respected health system and a thriving community to call home, this is the opportunity for you.

    Position Highlights
    • Specialty: OB/GYN — full scope, outpatient and deliveries
    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
    • Call: Rotating weekday and weekend call for own clinical patients; OB Hospitalist Group available for triages; ER call serves as backup to the OB Hospitalist Group — no direct ER call responsibility
    • Delivery Volume: Approximately 10–15 deliveries per month initially
    • Outpatient Volume: 30–35 patients per day on non-surgery days
    • Team Structure: Supported by 19 OB/GYNs, 3 Uro-GYN specialists, and 3 APPs
    • Teaching Opportunity: Engage with medical students and residents
    • Billing & Coding: Handled entirely in-house, allowing you to focus on patient care
    What We Offer
    • Guaranteed base salary with production bonus potential
    • Physician time off including vacation and CME with stipend
    • In-house billing, coding, and collections support
    • Malpractice insurance provided
    • Health, dental, and life insurance
    • 401(k) with employer matching
    • Deferred compensation program
    • Relocation assistance
    Candidate Requirements
    • MD or DO degree
    • Board eligible or board certified in OB/GYN
    • Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
    • Spanish language skills preferred but not required
    Why El Paso

El Paso is one of America's most underrated cities — a vibrant, sun-drenched community consistently ranked among the safest large cities in the United States. With more than 300 days of sunshine per year and no state income tax, the quality of life here is exceptional and the cost of living remains well below the national average. The city's rich blend of cultures, festivals, historic sites, and natural landscapes — including the stunning Franklin Mountains State Park right in the city's backyard — means there's always something to explore. Families benefit from access to Division I universities and a range of private colleges, along with strong public and private school options throughout the metro. Whether you're drawn to the food, the outdoor adventures, the tight-knit community, or simply the opportunity to build a life somewhere genuinely livable, El Paso delivers on all fronts.
