You'll join a growing anesthesia group with a collaborative team model, supervising CRNAs in a high-acuity environment that spans pediatric and adult surgical services. This is a full-time employed position backed by the resources of Tenet Healthcare, offering the stability of a guaranteed salary with the upside of production-based earnings.     Position Highlights
    • Full-time, employed anesthesiologist position with Tenet Healthcare / The Hospitals of Providence
    • Pediatric and adult anesthesia; approximately 20% pediatric caseload
    • Medical supervision of CRNAs
    • Call: 5–6 days per month with a post-call day off
    • Practice setting: 500-bed acute care hospital with Level III Trauma Center, Level IV NICU, and affiliated 140-bed Providence Children's Hospital
    • In-house billing, coding, and collections — no administrative burden on you
    • 10 weeks of paid time off

    Candidate Requirements
    • MD or DO degree
    • Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
    • Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
    • Spanish speaking preferred, but not required
