    Position Highlights
    • Inpatient OMM consultation role serving multiple units: general pediatrics, newborn, NICU, PICU, and rehabilitation
    • Provide bedside OMM evaluations and treatments for patients referred by hospitalist, intensivist, surgical, and subspecialty teams
    • Address a broad scope of conditions including GI disorders, feeding difficulties, neuromuscular conditions, pain management, respiratory disorders, and post-surgical recovery
    • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and case conferences as part of an integrated care model
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of inpatient OMM protocols and referral pathways
    • Opportunities for academic involvement including teaching residents, medical students, and staff on OMM indications and techniques
    • Support for quality improvement, research, and leadership in pediatric OMM
    What We Offer
    • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
    • Malpractice insurance provided
    • Health, dental, and life insurance
    • 401(k) with employer matching
    • Deferred compensation program
    • Relocation assistance
    • Academic involvement opportunities including research, quality improvement, and leadership development
    Candidate Requirements
    • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) or Medical Doctor (MD) from an accredited institution
    • Completion of an AOA- or ACGME-accredited residency in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or NMM/ONMM
    • Board-certified or board-eligible in relevant specialty
    • Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Michigan
    • Demonstrated proficiency in OMM with pediatric inpatient populations
    • DEA, BLS, and ACLS certification, or willingness to obtain
    • Fellowship or advanced training in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine or Pediatric OMM preferred
    • Experience in acute care or inpatient pediatric settings preferred
