We're running a paid study on the day-to-day operations of technical recruiting and project leadership. Our goal is to understand how top technical talent is sourced and how client relationships are managed throughout the hiring lifecycle. Your perspective will help us map the best practices for aligning stakeholder expectations with complex candidate pipelines.
During this remote voice session, you will walk us through your end-to-end recruitment process. You will be asked to describe a recent challenging search and explain how you kept clients informed of your progress. We will also have you review sample candidate profiles and discuss your initial screening criteria. The conversation will focus heavily on your communication strategies and daily workflow management.
We welcome technical recruiters, project leads, and talent acquisition specialists with full-cycle hiring experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong track record of client relationship management and be comfortable aligning their work schedules with PST business hours. We are particularly interested in professionals who handle both sourcing and direct stakeholder communication.
