Marketing and Proposal Specialist

As a Marketing and Proposal Specialist, you will support the marketing and business development efforts of Terracon's Austin office, with a primary focus on proposal and qualifications development. This role is responsible for coordinating, writing, editing, designing, and producing proposals, qualifications packages (SOQs), and other client-facing pursuit documents in partnership with project managers, engineers, and business development professionals.

This is an on-site position based in Terracon's Austin office, requiring regular collaboration with project managers, engineers, business development professionals, and corporate marketing resources.

This position is ideal for a marketing professional looking to build expertise in pursuit marketing within the engineering, architecture, and construction (A/E/C) industry. Success in this role requires strong writing and editing skills, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Experience supporting proposals, SOQs, RFQs, or other competitive pursuit documents is strongly preferred, along with working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.

The position may also assist with marketing initiatives and business development events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
